Personal Statement
I have been playing softball since I was 5 years old and starting playing travel ball when I was 8. As a student athlete I have grown the most during my school ball season learning to manage my time. I have always aspired of playing at a competitive collegiate level. Playing college softball would be an opportunity I would never pass up. I strive to be a team leader on and off the field always encouraging teammates and friends. I strive to be the best athlete I can be and I am very coachable.
I study hard to maintain increasing grades in the classroom. I am currently a member of the French Honor Society and strive for high honors every quarter. During my years in college I am still undecided on what I would like to study. A college I would like to attend would be one where I can work hard in the classroom as well as on the field and to push myself to achieve goals out of my comfort zone. Ultimately I would like to play at the highest college competition level that is right for me. I strive to be a hard working leader for all my peers especially my teammates. Softball has taught me patience, teamwork and commitment and I am looking for a competitive college program that can continue to teach me new life lessons while having fun.
