Kristen Hardy '20 Recruiting Profile

I'm a friendly, outgoing, extremely coachable and committed multi-sport athlete who also maintains an 84% academic average. In 2016, I was awarded my school’s “Female Athlete of the Year” as well as the “Principal Leadership Award” for displaying a high level of student leadership.

Although predominantly a forward since novice, I converted to defence in 2016. Since then I've been able to take my game to the next level. I'm a versatile player who coaches love and play with a team first mindset with an instinctive sense of the game.  A fluid skater with quick reflexes, I'm always working to grow my game pushing myself forward to achieve the next level.

My future goals are to play women’s varsity hockey while pursuing academic achievements at university in 2020.

Other notable achievements include:

• Awarded the Art More Memorial Award (most dedicated junior golfer) at the Barrie County Club in back to back seasons
• 1st place finish in Pepsi Titleist Junior Golf Tour event at Midland Golf & Country Club
• Nominated for and attended OELC Leadership Conference
