Laura Cook '18 Recruiting Profile

Objectives: My goals are to play for a NCAA Div 1 Hockey program while obtaining my degree.

Strengths: I am a dedicated athlete and student, who always works hard. I pride myself in being strong along the boards, having good gap control and keeping my stick on puck to allow myself more success. I have a strong desire to win and compete at the highest level. My coaches have described me as a player with great hockey sense, work ethic, leadership and an excellent teammate.  Over the past 4 years, I have been fortunate to play in three Provincial medal games earning a Gold, Silver and Bronze during this time. I was named an Assistant Captain in my first year of Midget AA and I'm very excited for the upcoming season as a member of the Ottawa Lady Senator Intermediate AA team.
