Olivia Minten '26 Recruiting Profile

I am a dedicated, highly competitive athlete who thrives in competition and leadership roles.  My goal is to play at a University/College that challenges me both academically and athletically.

I have been playing competitive hockey for eleven years; last year with U18AA (Tier 1) Bluewater Hawks, the two years before that with the U15AA (Tier 1) Bluewater Hawks, and previous to that with boys Rep teams with East Lambton Minor Hockey.  For the 2024/25 season I will be playing with the U22 Elite Junior team in Bluewater.  

I played Varsity Hockey with my High School team and received Rookie of the Year honours.  I also received the grade 9 and grade 10 athlete of the year award, Junior Basketball MVP (grades 9 and 10), and Varsity Soccer Rookie of the Year.

I am an extremely hard worker during practices and games and have been told often that I am very coachable and open to instruction.  I see the ice, pass, shoot and skate very well and am confident on the puck.  I do my best to encourage my teammates and create a positive team atmosphere.  I am constantly striving to improve and further my skill as a player and a person.
