I would like to receive an excellent education and play on a Division 1 hockey team at a university in the U.S.A. 

I am a good candidate because I am a reliable, big defender with a good hockey IQ. I find open ice, anticipate, and make plays. My passing is precise and I can initiate the breakout and make that first pass consistently. I am not afraid to get in the shot lane, my one-on-ones are strong, I rarely turn the puck over and I contribute on offense mostly from the blue line.

I am different from other recruits because I have developed good time management skills and I pay attention to details. I've learned to balance my school work with my sports commitments and training. I am a positive and caring teammate who leads by example and works hard in practice. I am a multi-sport athlete and am very serious about lacrosse and hockey; my practice ethics and coachability are hallmarks of my approach to sports. As a student, I have developed great study habits and am working towards achieving top results in all of my classes. I am a curious and inquiring student and I enjoy learning.
