Personal Statement

My name is Anna Warren and I am a 2006 birth year, 2024 graduate. I currently attend and board at Shady Side Academy, in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. I played for the Pittsburgh Penguins Elite the past 3 years and currently play with the Florida Alliance as a left defenseman. My goal is to attend a strong, academic institution while competing at a high level of college hockey. What sets me apart from other people is my work ethic and drive in athletics and academics. Being at an academically rigorous school has taught me how to deal with time management, deal with difficult coursework, and how to apply myself in the best manner.
