Personal Statement
Since I have started hockey, my mind has been set to play college hockey. I also want to play for the USA team one day and it would be amazing to play professional hockey in the NWHL as well. I have always worked hard off and on the ice for not just hockey, but academically too. My coaches over the years have noticed my drive, and have helped me to get better because they know how hard I am willing to work to achieve my goals. I am willing to do what ever it take to reach my highest potential. I was recently asked to be on the Dallas Stars Elite Girls hockey team 17U Tier I team. I will be moving down to Dallas from my home town to purse my dreams. This is a big step for me, but I am willing to do what it takes. One thing I stand by is "Hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard"- even if someone is better then me - I will not quit, I will work hard to get better to be the best I can be and more.
