Hi, my name is Lexy Stevenson, and I am a 2024 grad year from Vancouver BC, Canada. Lacrosse has always been such a big part of my life, and getting to play lacrosse at the highest level has always been a dream of mine since I can remember.
I come from an old-school lacrosse family. My dad played in the OLA, WLA, NLL, MLL, and he is now in the Canadian Lacrosse Hall of Fame. I started playing lacrosse when I was 4 and I have played high-level boys, both box and field up until last year. I always had to prove myself when I played boys, being the only girl on the team, so hard work is something that I always bring to the field. I started the transition to women’s lacrosse about 3 years ago and I love it! For the 2nd year in a row, I have made Team BC and am one of the captains. I am a very coachable player, always listening to my coach’s feedback and turning it into action on the field.
I have received the Most Inspirational Player and All-Star Team awards in boy’s box. I am the only girl to ever play in the World Series of Youth Field Lacrosse in Denver 2019.
In school, I have been on the honor roll for the past two years, with a 4.0 GPA.
I have included reference letters from some of my Coaches in the Press Section of my profile.
Thank You for taking the time to read about me and don’t hesitate to contact me for any additional information you may need.
