Ava Mundy '19 Recruiting Profile

Hi! As you already know my name is Ava Mundy, I am a high school student at Calvary Christian High School and I have a love for lacrosse. As an athlete I am a team player, I love both my high school team and my club team as my family. Especially when we are a game and someone is going for goal, no one will be getting to my family member in that goal without a fight. In every family there is respect. I would not be where I am today without my coaches and fellow teamates pouring their knowledge of lacrosse into me. I am a good candidate for your team because I show love and respect to my lacrosse family, I am a hardworking, responsible, dedicated player. I am a player who genuinely wants to get better, I know that when my coaches tell me to change something or try it a different way it is for my own good. 

There is two parts to a student athlete, the athletics and the academics side of things. Academically I love to learn, especially English class. I have a desire to go to college and receive my Business degree and one day become a Real Estate Broker one day owing my own company. I currently take honors in classes I excel in. I also am apart of the Wild Warriors and Junior State of America clubs at school. On top of having two jobs. As a student I am well rounded, I balance my social life with work, lacrosse and school.
