Aura Valter-Franco '21 Recruiting Profile

My goals for the future are to be comfortable, successful, and happy in my education and in lacrosse. Currently I’m focusing on continuing my education past my high school career and hope to graduate college with a medical degree. But besides my collegiate goals, my strong character is what I believe makes me different from most. I have been told that I am organized, rational, skilled, determined, kind, funny, and overall a natural leader, which, I hope, will carry onto your field. I think what makes me a good candidate is my unwillingness to give up. I set my mind on a goal and will work hard until I see the outcome that will benefit myself and others the most. Another trait of mine is that I usually focus on the greater good, not just on myself, which has improved the attitudes and performance of many current and past players/friends on my team. I’ve worked hard to become the player I am now, but there is always room for improvement and becoming a better player is always a goal of mine as well.
