Being an athlete since a young child has played an important role in my personal development. Any time I am on the field whether it is for lacrosse, field hockey, or soccer I leave it all out on the field. Many of my past coaches have said to me that the hardest qualities to teach are heart and the need to become better. My father is a huge contributor to establishing my hard work ethics and heart. He also taught me to set goals that are challenging but achievable to further my skills. Some people are born with skill but people who work harder to become better are more successful. My overall goal to succeed in life is to build lasting relationships with family and friends and to always be open to different ways to better myself.
I am looking for a college who puts academics first and has a hardworking environment filled with morally good people. I like to surround myself with others who are outgoing, kind, studious, and athletic like myself. My goal in college is to play at a competitive level of lacrosse but to also flourish in all my academic classes. My dream is to become a physical therapist and potentially own my own practice.
