I hold myself to high standards not only academically but athletically. I am not afraid to work hard towards my goals, and I cannot quit when things get hard.
I am different from others because I don’t just want to play lacrosse in college, I need to. I grew up doing gymnastics competitively since I was two. Gymnastics was everything for me and the time and attitude needed for the sport is not for just anyone. There are days where you feel dead but still give it your all. I genuinely think rowing up in an environment like that helped me be the person I am today (and I don’t say that to be cheesy), I need the structure and the constant athletic demand it takes to play lacrosse. I know a commitment like this is time-consuming, but that is something I look forward to, the close relationships and feeling of satisfaction from working your hardest is what I crave. I believe I will fit in well playing a college sport because I have experienced similar levels of the dedication and time needed to be successful, I look forward to any opportunities offered in my direction!
