Alisyn McNamara '19 Recruiting Profile

Lacrosse has always been a way for me to express myself.  The sport is an outlet for me to push myself to work hard and be the best player I can be for any team I represent.  My goal is to have an opportunity to represent a college or university in the classroom and on the field. I want to play at the collegiate level because I want to challenge myself.  I want to push myself on the field and in the classroom to be the best student-athlete I can be for the college or university I represent.  A quote that I feel best describes my mentality is one by Derek Jeter: "There may be people who have more talent than you, but there's no excuse for anyone to work harder than you do." I believe in working hard at everything you do, not only for yourself but for the team and school that you wear your jersey for. I hope that I can earn the opportunity to work hard and represent a school and team at the collegiate level.
