I am a very energetic, outgoing, honest and dedicated person and I usually have a smile on my face. I make it my goal to be as supportive as I can to those around me, especially my teammates. I can always be heard on the sidelines and on the field positively reinforcing my team and I carry that supportive nature over into the hallways at school and in class.
Once I started playing lacrosse 6 years ago, I absolutely fell in love with the game. I have played year round now for the last 4 years and the sport itself has taught me many important lessons. Lacrosse has shown me what it takes to be a functioning member of a team and to give a 110% in training, practicing and playing. As a student athlete, with some trial and error, I have learned how to balance my time with academics and my sport. Lacrosse motivates me both on and off the field. It pushes me to be a better student even when I have fallen down. My involvement with lacrosse and the hard work that it takes, has driven me to excel academically and value my education more. I am a high honors/honor roll student, and I currently have a weighted GPA of 4.02 (the .02 matters!!) and an unweighted GPA of 3.22.
Playing lacrosse in college is a dream. I want to experience lacrosse at the collegiate level and become the best player that I possibly can for myself, for my team, and for my coaches. I would like to attend a college or university where I can pursue my desire to be a physician or surgeon, one that has a strong pre-medical/biology program, that is challenging and prepares me well for my future.
My Stats which I am most proud of:
*60 total goals as a 2 year Varsity player ( I am hoping to surpass 100 by the time my senior year season is underway), with 33 career assists, so far. (Did not play in 2 games in the 2016 season due to a mild shoulder pull) .
*Offensive Player of the Year Award 2015 and 2016.
*2nd Team All State (NH) Attack as a sophomore 2016.
***Many votes from my teammates to be Varsity Team Captain as a sophomore
