Ella McKay '23 Recruiting Profile

I love being a part of a hard working group working toward a mutual goal.  Being a part of a team builds friendships that feel like family in an unfamiliar environment, helps me continue to stay structured with time management and holds each other accountable while having fun! Memories are built through perseverance and time together leading to a cohesive team! 

I'm a strong attack player that has so much more to build on to develop my skills but a foundation with advanced skills my coaches and team have taught me since an early age.  I have a high lacrosse IQ and continue to practice and train daily despite the Covid19 set backs.  

Academically, I have always persevered and worked toward keeping studies and grades up knowing each year builds upon the next just like basic skills in lacrosse.  

I'm high energy and tireless and you'll never hear me complain but will see me having a great time no matter what we are doing as long as I have my team!  I add creative fun to any team I'm a part of!
