"Greatness lies not in being strong, but in the right use of strength." -Henry Ward Beecher
Most players focus just on their work on the field which is obviously necessary but is only a small percent of developing yourself as an athlete. As an athlete and dedicated lacrosse playe I've developed my skills through both physical and mental aspects. Mentally I am aware of the game and challenge myself on a daily basis to find areas of improvement. Physically I go beyond practice time to better myself with basic stick skills and just overall conditioning to stay in shape. Along with these aspects of my lacrosse game I strive to be a leader both on and off the field. It is important to me that I spend time helping inexperienced players develop their lacrosse skills along with influencing the importance of academic studies. Being an athlete that is just as dedicated to school as to athletics, I find myself to be a very well-rounded individual and am capable of taking your team to a new level.
