I was born and raised in Princeton, NJ. I played LAX throughout my middle school years both in school and during the summer. My ambition greatly transcends the game when it comes to my college experience and career aspirations and yet the game gives me an opportunity to exercise a competitive angle that isn’t easily found in academics.
We moved from NJ to RI, (primarily because of my grandfather’s stroke) prior to my freshman year. When I joined Prout as a freshman it took me some time to adjust to playing varsity with juniors and seniors. It got better throughout the year and I ended up earning the freshman MVP award. Sophomore year was terrific and I expect the same for my upcoming junior and senior seasons.
My focus in games is to make things happen. I am delighted to gain the assist when one of my teammates coverts a pass into a goal. At the same time I have learned, even as an undergrad, to take it to the goal when the team needs it.
It is a fast game, a fun game, best designed for a two way player. I am looking forward to the next two year of Prout LAX and hope to play a full four years in college.
