Helen Gonzalez '22 Recruiting Profile

Hello coaches! I am Helen Gonzalez and I am part of the national rowing team. I spend most of my time rowing and studying. From a very young age, I dedicated myself to sports in general, but 3 years ago I found rowing, and since then everything has been great.
I am new to this sport but without a doubt, I plan to stay here! I lived one of my best races last year in 4x, we got the Pan American bronze for Ecuador...I am the 2020 and 2021 Junior National Champion in 1x. My first competition was in Copa America, we were 4th in 2x and 6th in the final A in 1x. Then I competed in the pre-Pan American in Yucatan-Mexico, and we got the bronze in 4x and 4th in 2x.
