Hi Coach! I'm a fiercely competitive student-athlete who gives 110% at every training. Something I was told by the team captain my novice year that I took to heart was " Don't kid yourself, every day is a seat race." Every day is a seat race, that is the mind set I go into every training, every run, every lift, every piece with. I want to be in the boat, I want you to want me in the boat. I try to lead by example with my character, determination and commitment. I strive to be faster/better than the day before and if not, learn from the challenges and obstacles. I'm a hard worker who isn't afraid to get muddy because that's what makes us stronger, have more endurance, more grit than the competition. I want to be in the boat, I want to win, and I will work every day to prove it to you.
