Charlotte Newman '23 Recruiting Profile

I am a driven, self motivated student and athlete who at all times brings the best version of myself to my educational and sporting pursuits. 

A leader in my school and in my crew I strive to do my personal best at all times. I am a committed team member and believe that by always putting in my best effort and following process, successful results will come.

I am Captain of Boats and committed to having a positive impact across the entire Rowing community. 

I am very interested in studying and competing in the US. I am currently considering  studying something science related. My dream is to get a rowing scholarship to an American College.

I represent my school, my rowing community and my state with great pride. I was a member of my school - Walford Anglican School for Girls - 1st VIII crew, who won the Head of the River regatta here in South Australia this year (2022).

I am representing my State - South Australia at the National Championships in March 2023 in bow seat in the under 21 VIII event.
