Niki Rateshtari '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi! I'm Niki, i'm 17 years old and a junior at Walt Whitman High School. I started when I was a sophomore and without hesitation fell in love with the sport, I grew to love and appreciate it because it was hard, formed bonds and friendships with people on the team that I now consider my family, and learned to push myself in ways I didn't think was possible due to crew. Its truly a community, so its exciting and im grateful to think I could have the opportunity to continue that feeling-drive-experience at a collegiate level. Outside of crew, I love photography, work with my schools newspaper, and love to lift.
