Sophia Cramer '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello my name is Sophia;  I currently row for Saint Louis Rowing Club as a varsity rower. I started rowing as a Novice my freshman year,  prior to that I had tried what felt like every other sport but none of them "stuck." As soon as I tried my first Learn to Row camp I knew this was the sport for me; I love how rowing offers you the ability to push yourself as an individual but also operate as one unit with your team. It has taught me self discipline, teamwork, perseverance, and dedication to myself and others; I promise to continue to bring these attributes to my collegiate team moving forward. My focus on academic success is equally as important to me as I plan to continue moving towards my goal of perusing a career in the medical profession.
