Personal Statement

I am a dedicated, well-rounded, independent young female. I find that i work best in a team setting and learn both on my own and from others personal experiences. I learn fast and can quickly adapt. I row both Port and Starboard fluently and I do my best to not only help myself become the best rower I can be, but I also do my best to help build up my fellow team mates as well.
