Clare Grady '26 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Clare Grady. I’m a junior at Saint Joseph Academy, and I’ll be completing my third year rowing this fall. I’ve had the privilege to row with an amazing team for the past two years - we’ve taken the Midwest Champions title for women's sweep the past two years, and qualified for the SRAA championships with my freshman eight (‘23) and junior eight (‘24), taking home 2nd and 5th place respectively. I always finish what I start, and this extends all the way from my academics to racing; having a healthy balance as a student-athlete is very important to me. Quite honestly, though, I just love rowing. Getting out on the water, spending time with my teammates, and even just getting in a good erg are some of my favorite things in the world, and I can’t wait to see what comes next!
