Molly Devine '23 Recruiting Profile

The opportunity to row in college would be a dream of mine.  I have loved the rigor and intensity of the sport but most importantly- the community.  I have never experienced being a part of such an inspired, connected team experience.  The leadership role of captain I have earned has given me great joy in helping my teammates to be the “best version of themselves”- both in and out of the boat.  This sport has given me one of the greatest experiences of my life so far.  What sparked my passion for this sport was the small victories and pleasures, like a stroke perfectly in sync, or a hug given to a teammate.
