Workout will be 3x10’ with 3’ rest (4’, 3’, 2’,1’) (20, 22, 24, 26) and 2 x 20’ with 3’ rest(16, 18, 20, 18, 16), running stadium steps, biking, swimming, and core exercises to improve my 2K score.
