Maya Hollinger Miles '27 Recruiting Profile

My name is Maya Hollinger-Miles and I am a member of the class of 2027 at Bishop O’Dowd High School in Oakland California. We recently ended our high school season making it to the Division 1 North Coast Section Semifinals and California Interscholastic Federation Semifinals. Since my freshman year, I have started as a defender and played an average of 70 minutes per game. During my two high school seasons, I earned All-league Honorable Mention and First Team as a defender. 

Outside the high school season, I play for the 2009 ECNL-RL AFC team and have done so for the past 4 years. 

Throughout that time, I have been a starting defender.

My coaches will tell you that I am a hard worker and a team player. I bring 100% to every game and am always looking to improve.

Unfortunately, I tore my ACL on April 13th. I know it is a long and challenging recovery process but I am determined to come back stronger than ever.

I am excited to continue my soccer career in college and I am open to considering all divisions.
