Ainsley Lyon '26 Recruiting Profile

I'm Ainsley Lyon, a dedicated central midfielder on the varsity squad at Foothill High School in Pleasanton, CA (Bay Area/NorCal). I've been playing soccer since age 5 and at the competitive level since age 8, with experience on teams like Pleasanton RAGE (ECNL and ECNL RL) and currently with Association Football Club in Oakland, CA. As a possession-style soccer player, my strengths are my off-the-ball movement, ability to get on the ball often, exceptional ability to see passing lanes, and accurately find feet with well-weighted passes from either foot. I am an assist machine who can also score goals. Off the field, I maintain a 3.83 GPA while taking courses such as chemistry, biology, precalculus, and nursing ROP, gaining hands-on experience at Stanford Health Care hospital in my hometown. I aspire to play soccer at the college level while pursuing my academic goals in healthcare.
