I have been passionate for the beautiful game of soccer for as long as I can remember; at least since I started playing at only four years old.  I am forever grateful for the gifts soccer has provided me.  My experience on the pitch has helped me develop strong leadership skills, allowing me to take charge in difficult situations as an individual and teammate.  It has also given me great discipline—both mental and physical—which has helped me continue to strive and enjoy the challenges school and life can sometimes present.  Soccer has also given me the tenacity I need to succeed in many aspects of life, including academics and relationships.  I firmly believe that soccer will keep me grounded, focused, and successful as I journey through my remaining years in high school and college, and then off to law school.
