Violet McKenzie '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Violet McKenzie. I am 15 years old and play midfield, both attacking and defensive, the #6, #8, and the #10.. I am in the class of 2027, I am 5'3, and I weigh 115 pounds. I have a tremendous passion for soccer and am an extremely hard worker. Along with my weekly training, I keep a 4.0 grade average. I excel in school, I am currently taking two AP classes, including AP Pre-calculus and AP European History (both very high-level classes for a sophomore). For my junior year, I am signed up for AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, AP Computer Science, AP English Language and Composition, AP United States History, and AP Chemistry. I sign up for any challenging class I can, and I think this reflects on my soccer. I am not afraid to fail and I am willing to always try something new. I love computer science, and although I am young, I believe I would like to go into that field of study. I recently attended TOVO Academy and lived abroad for a month in Sitges, Spain. It was such an amazing opportunity and experience for me. I have grown so much over the years I have played soccer. 

I want to play soccer in college because I love it so much, and I want to play to the next level. I am extremely coachable and apply corrections quickly. I love the processes, the training, running, practicing footwork, riding my bike to the field daily to practice, and training in the gym.
