When I tried out for high school soccer and made C Team as a freshman, I was disappointed with my self. I knew there was no time for being sad and took every opportunity I could to not take anything for granted. This experience helped me focus on the small goals that could help me achieve bigger things. It helped me to continue to work hard on the goals that I wanted to achieve by being a starter in every game and moving to junior varsity. I learned the value of your team, the value of team work, and the importance of every player. I believe that I am fit for your college, not just athletically, but also academically. With my work-ethic, perseverance and passion for soccer I will be able to make a significant impact in your program.
