I am a player that has learned to overcome adversity by working harder than the rest to continue to improve in skills and knowledge. I have never been handed the opportunities I currently have on my sports teams but have always worked hard to earn them. In the past, when I have not earned the position I desire, I work harder to make sure the next year I am the best player for the position. I don't allow disappointment to discourage me from pursuing my dreams. I am disciplined in all areas of my life and strive to be known as an individual of strong moral character and a supportive, positive team player. I take my academics seriously as well as my sports conditioning. I am always open to feedback and believe it's important to be continuously learning and working on improvement. If I'm not practicing for a specific sport, I am at the gym working on strength training and cardio. I am very focused in all I do and push myself to excel at a high level. I am mentally strong which is important as a goalkeeper. I know I will give 110% to any college program I have the honor of being part of and will be a disciplined player and become a positive, supportive leader for my team.
