Kirsten Behrens '19 Recruiting Profile

At a young age, I fell in love with the fun, beauty, and complexity of soccer. I have played at the varsity level for two years, freshman and sophomore, as a starter. I've played for two club teams and on teams that are/were above my age level. When I have played with my age group, I was captain and led my team to two league championships. My current team that is a year above me, continues to win league every year to move up. We have moved up to Colorado's top league called the champions league. I value my teammates and coaches, and my relationships with them. I seek criticism from both, as well as work on stuff after practice so I can improve. I always look to get better, on and off the field. As a student, I have held a 4.1 through my two years of high school. Every year I take more AP and Honors classes to challenge myself and learn more. I always strive to be the best that I can be.
