My collegiate goals are to win championships, be the best I can be day in and day out, have college as a stepping stone to prepare me for a professional career and making a name for the school and myself, being a leader to my teammates and pushing them to the best they can be so we can go out and win championships. I would be a good candidate for your team because I am very dedicated to anything I set my mind to; my mentors, like Kobe Bryant, never stopped working until they achieved and accomplished all their goals. I look up to Kobe in soccer or just life in general; his mindset and how he approached every situation/problem that stepped in his way were so inspirational. I have been told that I am a coachable player, a good leader on and off the field, and a very hard-working player. I stand out from other recruits because I have a different demeanor and mindset. I have good grades, and my character/personality is different because I am dedicated and hard-working. I try to be 1% better every day when I step on the soccer field. I give it my best, and I never rest, except at the end. There were a lot of sacrifices made, sometimes with awards. Still, there will always be mental battles, such as anxiety, depression, fatigue, and adversity that all stem from soccer in one way or another. I am extremely grateful to play in this game through the ups and downs. There is so much more than what is possible for me, and I am thankful for the opportunity to chase my dreams. But, yes, I love soccer, maybe more than I love anything else.
