Katherine Pino '27 Recruiting Profile

Hi, my name is Katherine Pino, and I’m a student-athlete at True North Classical Academy. My goal is to play women’s soccer at the collegiate level, pursue a major in sports medicine, and continue growing as both a player and a person. I want to make a meaningful impact on and off the field by leading with integrity, respect, and a competitive mindset. I am extremely driven and dedicated to any team I’m part of. As a captain and attacking midfielder, I focus on creating opportunities for others and leading by example. During my freshman year, I was honored to be named captain and finished the season with 15 goals and 6 assists. I enjoy being coached, constantly seek feedback, and am willing to be pushed beyond my limits to improve. What sets me apart is my ability to balance academics and athletics at a high level. I challenge myself with AP and honors courses, maintain excellent grades, and stay organized while managing multiple responsibilities. I believe that discipline, mental strength, and a strong work ethic are key to success in both the classroom and on the field. I’m passionate about the game, committed to personal growth, and excited to bring my resilience and leadership to the collegiate level.
