I began playing soccer when I was 3 years old and started club when I was 7. During my time in club soccer, I played with girls two years older than my age due to my skill level. Playing at a higher level was difficult at first, but made me eager to always want to improve. I became a stronger player physically and mentally and I learned good working habits on and off the field. I furthered my growth as a player by seeking outside professional skill and conditioning training. Due to my stature, physicality is an aspect of my game I am continuously working on. Through the course of my soccer career, I have acquired a technical and tactical awareness of the game.
When I think about a college that best suits me as a player, I envision a school with strong academics and a competitive soccer program. While much of my time is allotted to soccer training, I also prioritize my studies and remain in the top ten percent of my class with a 4.3 GPA. Additionally, I would love to play for a possession-based team with a good team culture. It is my hope to be afforded the opportunity to represent a school both academically and on the field.
