Hi, my name is Dominique Ramos. I am 15 years old. I have been playing soccer since feels like forever throughout my life. What brought me to play this beautiful sport was my older cousins and my father. Soccer is a sport that runs throughout our whole family so at a young age of course I was forced to play and here I am 11 years later still playing this sport trying to achieve my dreams. 

I work hard each day to get better and to the top. I have been a defender and winger through my 11 years, and it has not changed. I am complimented on my passes, great defending, and shots. I work well with others, I communicate with others and help others. 

I can balance my athletic commitments and my academic excellence. I’m organized and manage my time. Since my time is very important to me, I will always have time for my academic excellence and my athletic commitments.

I feel that I am different from others because I’m focusing on my goals. I'm focused on one thing and I try to stay on track and not let anything or anyone distract me. People will often try to bring me down but all it does is give me motivation to keep going and prove them wrong. Yes, it does affect me but only to become better. But all I can do is stay focused on my future, my goals, and my career.

I’m working hard every single day trying to achieve my dreams. I put time into school and then train right after school. I am here to achieve my dreams and focus on my dreams. I am young but I want to achieve my dreams and have opportunities in the future. I am committed to achieving my dreams and working hard.
