Emma Edge-2019-20...Personal Statement
My name is Emma Edge and I have recently graduated from Young Americans Christian School. I am currently attending Georgia Perimeter College. I started playing soccer for YACS starting in the 8thgrade. Our team won State Championships for years 2017, 2018 and 2019. I am currently playing Club for RYSA Lady Revolution 03/04 SCCL P1 under Coach Keion Yearwood. I have been a Captain for the past 3 years. I am a trusted teammate and player.
During my senior year at YACS, I was unable to play for the girls team at school due to COVD and not enough players so I was the only girl on the boys team under Coach Adam Vigon. My dream has always been to play college soccer, but my dreams were put on hold due to the COVID issue. I am a strong competitor and feel like I can be an asset to any team. I have a natural left foot and can play different positions and would love to make my dream of playing college ball a reality.

- In the year 2021, my team had the amazing opportunity of going to the National Tournament in Denver, Colorado after winning the regional Tournament in North Carolina. We are currently number 1 in our region and I would love it if you came and watched me play!
