I've been playing soccer since I was 5 years old and it has always been my passion. My dream is to play college soccer and in hopes of going beyond that one day. Overall, I would like to earn a degree in zoology and veterinary science. To add to my aspirations in college, would be to have a good education and be able to develop new life skills. I would also want to meet new people along my college journey.
I believe that I can make a good candidate for your team because I can do things that not everyone can do. My control with the ball allows me to open up options and create space that is needed. I’m not afraid to dribble up the field and try to use my skills to get past the player. I can also work well with my other teammates and can find them in the space or when their making runs. Overall, I can contribute skills for both offense and defense.
Furthermore, as a player and a person I am different from other recruits because on the field I stay composed and I can see things that not a lot of people can see. For instance when I scan the field, I look for all the open options and try to hit the 40’s to the weaker side so that way the runner can run on to the ball. I get along with people well and I’m not afraid to go up to my coach and ask questions about my position or to find out exactly what my coach wants to translate it onto the field. To go on, even when I’m hurt or injured I go to all the practices and games and make sure to help as much as I can. Overall, I believe that these are some reasons on why I’m different from others. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope to hear from you in the future.
