My name is Grayson Ferrell, and I’m currently a Junior at Batavia HS in Batavia, IL. I have been playing club soccer since I was eight years old. Soccer has been a huge part of me growing as an individual, a friend, and a leader. Some of my best memories are with a soccer team and my teammates. I’ve been a multi-sport athlete, and have lettered in Varsity HS School tennis for a couple years, but soccer is my first love.
I’ve been very competitive since I was very young, and this has only grown stronger throughout my soccer career. I love how competitive soccer is, and how that can bring bring so many girls close to one another.
On the field I’m very competitive, hard-working, and a leader. Off the field I am very outgoing and love to be with friends. I want to be the best at whatever I am doing, whether that be in sports or at school. In school, I work hard for my grades, am always concerned on making good grades, and I’ve made the honor roll every year.
I have always wanted to play at the collegiate level. What I am looking for in a program is a close bond between the team and coaches, a level of play that fits me best, and somewhere that I can make a lot of memories having fun playing there. All in all, I am a hard-working player and student and would love to play at the collegiate level for the team that best fits me.
