Hi coach. I am Cressa Wagner, a senior at Springfield High School in Springfield, Illinois. As a soccer player, I am the hardest worker on the field, very aggressive, highly coachable and a leader. I have strong technical ability, good touch and passing and a passion for the game! I started varsity as a freshman, sophomore and junior. I play defense or midfield and had 13 goals and 14 assists as a junior and 8 goals and 24 assists my sophomore year. I received First Team All Sectional and First Team All Conference as a junior, First Team All Conference as sophomore and All Conference Team Honorable Mention as a freshman. I was All Conference Academic all three years. 2015 my team won Regionals and placed 2nd in Conference and Sectionals. In 2014, my team was Conference champs. I am 5'8 and that gives me an advantage over players both in the air and on the ground. I am very competitive and work hard on the field and off. . Academics are important to me and I have a weighted GPA of 4.8 out of 4, unweighted 3.8 I am also involved in mission trips and volunteer for a couple of local not for profit agencies. I have been a member of student council in high school and was elected Vice-Presidnet for my senior year. I am looking forward to continuing to play college soccer and looking forward to talking to you soon!
