Lauren Anderson '22 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing soccer since I was 3 years old. I am a military child and have not stayed in one place for long but one things that is always with me no matter where I am is soccer. No matter where I move I try to find a soccer team. I started out as a defender but quickly learned I had a talent for goalkeeping, I am currently trying to hone my skills and continue my development.

I am a dedicated student athlete with a deep rooted love for animals. I consistently maintain good grades and try to challenge myself in the classroom with Japanese and AP classes. Ever since I was 7 years old I knew I wanted to be a veterinarian and that is what I strive to become. I hope to continue my development in soccer and in the classroom.  I have been involved with Girl scouts since I was in Kindergarten and find joy in helping my community no matter where the military takes me, and I am highly adaptable. I hope to become involved with my new college community and achieve my future goals.
