Maggie Stieby '21 Recruiting Profile

As I have grown older, I have realized how valuable this sport is to me. I am so grateful to be able to continue playing the game I love.

I have an nose for the goal, while still being a selfless player, and will do whatever it takes to help my team get the ball in the back of the net.  I am also a strong and aggressive player, while still displaying positive sportsmanship. Along with this, I am a supportive teammate to others, and am always looking to be encouraging on the field. I have always been a hard-worker, and will continue to push myself to be the best player I can be.

Besides soccer, I am also a great student in the classroom and take an active role in my community. I constantly challenge myself with difficult curriculum, and am taking all advanced classes. Along with this, I have served in various volunteer opportunities, and I love giving back any time I can.

I am looking for a collegiate program where I can not only push myself and my teammates (in the classroom and on the field), but also enjoy my experience and grow in a positive atmosphere.

Throughout my soccer career, I have improved so much, not only as a player, but a person as well. I have had so many incredible coaches who have taught me so much about the game, and I hope to learn even more. The opportunity to play collegiate soccer is a big dream of mine, and I can't wait to see what my future holds.
