Ava Claire Flota '25 Recruiting Profile

Hi! My name is Ava Claire and I am from Murray, Kentucky. I have attended Murray High School since Kindergarten, and I have been played for our program since 5th grade. I am an academically centered individual, with a 3.98 unweighted, and 4.6 weighted GPA. I am also a cheerleader, and am apart of both a competitive and Varsity high school team. I am extremely interested in the medical field and hope to pursue a career in healthcare. A few of my favorite practices I aim to complete to become a better athlete consist of constantly working to strengthen my mental toughness, reflecting on my mistakes to learn how to improve, fueling my body adequately with the foods that aid my performance, communicating with my teammates about how I can be more helpful on and off the field, and exercising in various forms to activate all parts of my body.
