Hi, my name is Layla Burby a forward and centermidfielder. My goals for college are to be successful in my academics and athletics. Being successful in Academics is important for my future career and who I will be in the future. The reasons I would be a good candidate for your team is that I am a hard worker, listen well, and easy to coach. Important characteristics in sports is having hustle and determination in everything I do. I always strive to do my best under any circumstances. Throughout high school not everything has been easy and I have played through many different situations. Regardless of what has been going on, I have played to my best ability.  Something that makes me different is I am always ready to learn something new to become better. I take corrective criticism well and try to strive to be better after getting the criticism. I have an easy going personality which makes me easy to coach. I worked hard in my academics to maintain a reasonable GPA.
