Madeline Fernandes '26 Recruiting Profile

My name is Maddie Fernandes and I am from Mansfield, Massachusetts.  I attend Mansfield High School and will graduate in 2026. My soccer career started at 4 years old.  I have been rostered in multiple teams and age groups.  I'm a junior and I play for Mansfield High School Varsity Team.  I earned my first varsity letter as a starting freshman, playing Attacking Midfield.  In my sophomore year (2023) I was asked to take over the wing forward position.  In 2022, our HS team went to the MIAA Division 2 Final Eight in the State Tournament.  In 2023, our team went to the MIAA Division 2 State Tournament and ended as Finalists, having a record year!  I have been recognized for my abilities and efforts as: 2023 Hockomock All-Stars Honorable Mention, 2023 Sun Chronicle Horoable Mention, 2024 Hockomock League All-Stars, 2024 Sun Chronicle All-Star, and voted 2025 Team Captain. I’ve played club soccer for the past 10 years. I play Wing Back for Bayside FC GA 2006/07. My overall dream and goal is to continue my soccer career in college.  I love soccer and want to play on a team where I can make a difference.  I'm also looking for schools that will challenge me both academically and athletically.
