Personal Statement

I am looking for a competitive soccer team as well as an academically challenging atmosphere that will allow me to pursue a health science career. If my coaches were to describe me, they would say I am very hard-working and determined to do everything in my power to benefit the team. I have also been told that I am very coachable, learn quickly, and constantly improving. Also, I am a versatile player who can play just about every position, aside from goalie. Overall, academically I maintain a high GPA while still balancing my athletic schedule. I am also strongly committed to the team I am playing for. I attend all of my practices, as well as clinics, games, and tournaments. All in all, what I am looking for the most in my college experience is a coach that I feel can be a mentor for me, not only with sports, but throughout life.
