Madeline Hood '23 Recruiting Profile

I've been playing soccer since I was in kindergarten. I started in rec and ed, with my dad as my coach. My parents got me involved in a lot of activities and sports from an early age but soccer was always my passion. In the 4th grade I was able to talk my parents into allowing me to play club soccer. Since then I've experienced soccer in a lot of different ways, ODP (region 2 camp),  Academy Soccer (Michigan Jaguars), and several other camps/showcases.

It's been my dream since I started playing club soccer to play in college. I love to compete at a high level against great players. There is nothing better than being apart of a team with lifelong friends competing together to try to win. I've been working hard to get to the point that I am at now. 

I am looking to challenge myself athletically and academically at the next level. My experiences have taught me that it won't be easy to reach to goals, but I am ready to work hard to make them a reality. I am committed to being a great teammate and doing everything in my power to help my team win.
