Eva Hill '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Eva Hill, I am a 5'9" 140 lb goalkeeper. I've been playing soccer since I was six years old, since then my dream has always been to play college soccer. During the years of growth and development I have come to conclusion that its not only about the game, it's about the effort, determination, and dedication that is needed in order to succeed. I am currently a Junior at Romeo High School as we were recently promoted to MAC Red coming off a great season being District Champions. Although soccer is what I strive to continue to do in my future, school is also a big priority for me. In the classroom, I study very hard and withhold a 3.5 GPA. I am also extremely active in my school and community, serving in my school's student council, NHS, NTHS, link crew leadership, and RAAC program. Personally my mindset is to attend a college where I can challenge myself both on the field and off. 

On top of school soccer, I play for the Sporting Michigan 05 team. Sporting Michigan is more than just a team to me, they are a family. We recently have been promoted to ECNL Regional League coming off an undefeated season in National League in 2020. I am a strong team leader and love to encourage my teammates no matter the circumstance. ECRL has been a change and I proudly can say it's for the better, the competition has surged and although its a challenge we are a family who never gives up, our constant dedication has lead up to being undefeated again and winning our division for ECRL.
