I would be a good addition to the team because I am a hard worker and willing to learn new things and have an open mind. I was once told "if you wouldn't do it in a game don't do it at practice". I have always thought of that as to be as serious in at practice as you are in the game. I am not always the loudest on the field but I always tend to lead by example.
